Who Is Setjhaba

My name is Setjaba Tsoeute I am a legal consultant, entrepreneur and motivational speaker with 22 years experience in Criminal Court Proceedings. In my career at the NPA I occupied the following roles, Aspriant Prosecutor, District Court Prosecutor, Advanced District Court Prosecutor and I also worked in management as an Acting District Court Control Prosecutor.

Furthermore, I worked as a Regional Court Prosecutor specializing in criminal court matters such as fraud, tax fraud, corruption, money laundering and specialized crimes under the prvention of  organized crime Act.

In 2014 I became a Legal Compliance Consultant on Health and Safety in the same year I was appointed as a District Court Magistrate until May 2022.
